Well, we want the end-user to get the most out of the website and ensure that potential buyers don’t drift off to the competition. Google tell us that faster websites get more enquiries and conversions – and 90% of people use Google to make informed choices of products and services! Now how fast a website loads varies from minute to minute as there are many external factors that influence a website’s speed. But page speed is a critical factor to end-users! If a site is too slow users soon get fed up and move on, (we’ve all done that right?). Indeed Google deems it a very important ranking and search factor these days, it’s part of their legendary algorithm.
