La Montanosa Villas and Urbanisation
La Montanosa is a small urbanisation (urbanization) district situated roughly five kilometres between the two charming and authentic country villages of the very sunny Hondon Valley: namely Hondon de las Nieves and Hondon de los Frailes. These friendly villages are about 35 minutes inland from the Costa Blanca coastline, 25 minutes’ drive from Alicante airport and gives easy access from the main AP7 motorway.
The La Montanosa urbanisation houses detached luxury villas, approximately 400 of them (including New Build options). It enjoys 360-degree mountain views and is surrounded by lush agricultural land (grapes, olives, almonds, and many salad crops). The roads are quiet and an easy drive to the local shops.
