Don’t get Ripped-off in Hondon

We know Estate Agents and Builders don’t in general have a great reputation in Spain and with good reason during those boom years!

We know of a few “outside” agents visiting Hondon Valley with their clients who might follow that old shady path – in the UK we would call it a “rip-off” (and we have many instances of concrete and anecdotal evidence). These shady characters can be hard to spot if you are inexperienced and you put your trust in every word they utter. Don’t get mugged by double glazing sales tactics or untrained agents!
